Applicant has submitted an application for a variance from the 35 foot maximum height for a pole sign in the “ITC” Industrial Truck District as set forth in Schedule 1262.14 of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code. The purpose of this 30 foot variance to accommodate the installation of a 65 foot pole sign.
